Accessibility Statement
RCM Servicing is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We want every visitor — lender or borrower — to be able to find information and reach our team without barriers. This website is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA principles in mind, and we work to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.
Accessibility features
This website includes the following features:
- A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users
- A logical heading structure on every page
- Descriptive link text and button labels
- Meaningful alternative descriptions for informative graphics
- Visible labels and clear error messages on all form fields
- Status messages announced to assistive technology
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements — navigation, menus, links, buttons, and forms — can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Focus indicators are visible so you can always see where you are on the page, and the mobile menu manages focus appropriately while open.
Screen-reader considerations
Pages use semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main content, and footer), form fields are programmatically associated with their labels and error messages, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology so they do not create noise.
Contrast and text scaling
Color combinations are chosen to meet WCAG contrast expectations for text, and information is never conveyed by color alone. The layout uses flexible units so text can be resized through your browser or operating system settings without loss of functionality.
Reduced-motion support
Animations on this website are subtle by design, and they are further reduced or disabled automatically for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.
